I was born in Virginia, grew up in Melbourne, FL and went to school there. I nerd out on personal optimization and love to help others with it too. I also love wellness, music, and travel. Food and experiences eat up (pun intended) a disproportionate amount of my income.

Currently, I'm continuing to double down on my strengths in the UX industry. Those include:

- Leading efficient and effective problem-solving workshops
- Improving processes for sustainable and repeatable results

I love all people deeply and do my best to show up as my best self. This is why morning walks, fitness, journaling, time in nature, and therapy are so important for me to participate in when I'm away from the desk.
